BC's Health Minister is Scared

Why is Mr. Abbott, BC's Health Minister, spending his time giving talks on how scared he is. We're the ones that are scared by what the BC Liberals (aka Socreds) have done to our health care system. The Health Authority system, putting local appointees in charge of regional health, is a disaster. How about riding 80 miles in an ambulance on wild winter roads while in labour, just for a normal delivery!! A moment to be remembered your whole life!
