New Levels of Hypocrisy
It boggles the mind that Tim Powers and the venerated Mr. Broadbent can sit there (on Duffy Live) and, with intense moral outrage, attack Dion and May for deal-making. Is the image of McKay and Orchard long forgotten, or the mental one of Orchard with a knife in his back. What of the cozy friendship of Layton (to whom many of us stupidly lent our votes) and Harper daily confronting us?
(My apologies to all those whose comments I didn't know were sitting waiting to be moderated. They are there now - for the most part. Just so you don't waste your time, personal insults on fellow posters will not be posted.)

Oh, so you are ok with depriving the Liberals in the Central Nova of the right to vote for their own Liberal candidate.
When is "because the conservatives made a deal" or "the NDP made a deal" an excuse to completely throw principle out of the window and shove an undemocratic decision down the throats of our fellow Nova Scotia Liberals.
Tim Powers, VP and lobbyist for Summa Corp. who's clients include Bell Globe Media (CTV), interesting.
What about the Accountability Act and "lobbyists"? Hmmm...intesting.
i have always respected ed broadbent as a man of principle who has contributed greatly to our polity, but watching him lying on television about how there was never a deal, explicit or implicit, b/w the harpies and the dippers as of late was too much. the ndp is dead to me. get bent, broadly.
