Oh he just did: "You're all getting "screwed" - isn't that priministerial. So the reason Harper surrounds himself with sycophantic pitbulls, (rather toothless ones really though), is to live vicariously through them. Periodically, however, as yesterday, his hulk side explodes, and to mix many metaphors, out spews the venom. And all he was reacting to was some genuine democracy! Interesting that he followed that with a military announcement - maybe that helps him feel all-powerful again.
