Harper's Priorities
Two headlines in todays' news:
"Risk of 'substantial' rise in home foreclosures: Bank of Canada"
and
"Harper to fill Senate vacancies before Christmas"
And we're supposed to believe he's working on the budget and cares about Canadians, while really he's just shredding documents pending his demise.

I too am getting conflicting feelings on just what hot-head Harper is going to do. I wouldn't doubt that his design is for an election (and if not, insurrection and mob rule) but who knows what Jean told him during those 2 hours? I've mused that perhaps he is ready to concede but only in a Harper-esque way; take his ball and go home.
